WF Tech is recruiting a Project Engineer for a well‑established aerospace manufacturing business based in Dukinfield. This is a key role focused on delivering customer‑facing projects within a technically complex and regulated aerospace environment, using robust and proven project management principles. The role offers responsibility for delivering projects within a group portfolio turning over approximately £54 million annually, depending on project scope and phase.
As Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading major projects or multiple smaller project activities from initiation through to closure. Compared to an account‑focused role, this position places a strong emphasis on disciplined project delivery, governance, and the continuous development of project management best practice across the organisation. You will act as a key customer interface at project level, building trust and confidence through effective communication, strong leadership, and consistent delivery against agreed milestones, schedules, and budgets. This is a days‑based role with flexible working hours, supporting work–life balance while maintaining delivery excellence.

- Early finish on Fridays, between 1:00pm and 2:30pm
- Circa £45,000 salary
- 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays
