Workforce Staffing is recruiting an experienced MIG Welder for a well-established manufacturer in Alcester. This is a steady day-shift role with no nights or weekends, in a busy workshop that values good, reliable welders.
The role
- MIG welding mild steel components and fabrications to a high standard
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Setting up and checking your own work for quality and accuracy
- Light fabrication and preparation work, including grinding and finishing
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
What we’re looking for
- Proven MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Able to read engineering drawings
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
- Own transport preferred because of the site location
What’s on offer
