About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Semi-Senior to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Kidderminster.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts professional looking for a temp-to-perm position, working closely alongside and supporting the Group Financial Controller.
The successful candidate will have a hands‑on approach and be comfortable working across day-to-day transactional finance, whilst also supporting with management accounts and wider financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the Purchase Ledger function, including processing and matching invoices
- Raising and sending sales invoices
- Supporting with supplier and customer queries
- Assisting with month-end processes
- Supporting with the preparation of management accounts
- Assisting the Group Financial Controller with financial reporting and analysis
- Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Providing general support across the wider finance function
- Working closely with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and processed efficiently
About You
We are looking for an experienced Accounts professional who is confident working across a range of finance duties and is looking for a role with the opportunity to develop into a permanent position.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Semi-Senior or similar finance role
- Experience raising and sending invoices
- Knowledge of management accounts and month-end processes
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to work independently whilst also supporting the wider finance team
