Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support. * Assist with personal care, mobility and daily living activities. * Support individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and elderly care requirements. * Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing. * Provide companionship and emotional support. * Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns. * Work professionally alongside existing care teams. Requirements * Minimum 6 months' UK care experience – essential. * A caring, reliable and professional attitude. * Good communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends. * Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one. * Willingness to complete mandatory training. * Satisfactory employment references.
