Workforce Personnel are currently recruiting experienced Senior Agency Care Assistants with medication training to support care homes across Central Bedfordshire. This role offers consistent, ongoing assignments, often working with the same client on their rota, providing continuity of care. There is also excellent temp to perm opportunities for those seeking long-term positions.
The Role:
- Administer medication safely and in line with procedures
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents
- Lead shifts and support care staff on duty
- Accurately document care, incidents, and any emergencies
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant
- Medication training is essential
- Ideally NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
