The Role

Urgently required Registered Manager for a children’s residential home supporting young people aged 11–18 with social, emotional & behavioural needs, including LAC. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, ensure Ofsted compliance, and provide strong, visible leadership to a settled team.

Key Duties

  • Overall management of the children’s home
  • Lead & support Deputy, Seniors & Care Staff
  • Ofsted compliance & inspection readiness
  • Safeguarding & risk management
  • Rotas, staffing & budgets
  • Recruitment & Schedule 2 (SC2)

Essential

  • Level 5 Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
  • Previous Registered Manager / Ofsted experience
  • Minimum 2 years managing children’s residential services
  • LAC & safeguarding experience
  • Full UK driving licence
