The Role
Urgently required Registered Manager for a children’s residential home supporting young people aged 11–18 with social, emotional & behavioural needs, including LAC. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, ensure Ofsted compliance, and provide strong, visible leadership to a settled team.

- Overall management of the children’s home
- Lead & support Deputy, Seniors & Care Staff
- Ofsted compliance & inspection readiness

- Rotas, staffing & budgets

Essential
- Level 5 Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
- Previous Registered Manager / Ofsted experience
- Minimum 2 years managing children’s residential services
- LAC & safeguarding experience
- Full UK driving licence
