Workforce Personnel are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Care Assistants to support a variety of residential and nursing homes in Flitwick and surrounding areas. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with a range of needs, including elderly care, dementia, mental health, and learning disabilities. You will play an important role in enhancing residents’ quality of life through personal care, companionship, emotional support, and person-centred care.
