Key Responsibilities As a Care Assistant / Care Worker, your duties may include: Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Supporting with medication administration/management in line with care plans and policies Helping with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration Providing companionship, emotional support, and reassurance Monitoring and reporting any changes in health, wellbeing, or behaviour Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records Ensuring a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents Encouraging residents to take part in social, recreational, and daily living activities Working collaboratively with nurses, senior carers, and home staff to deliver person-centred care Requirements To be considered for this role, it is essential that you

have: A minimum of

experience

working in a Care setting in the UK A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong written and spoken English and the ability to follow care instructions Flexibility to work a range of shifts including days, nights, weekends, early and late shifts.
