Quantity Surveyor needed to work for a busy 6 member private QS practice, mainly looking after clients within the pub and restaurant business. You will be financially managing fit out and refurbishment projects, attending site, ensuring jobs are being delivered against the program, to the required quality standard. You will be agreeing stage payments to subcontractors and also making applications for payment to the client.

2-3 days a week on the road all expenses paid. This will be done using your car, paying a generous mileage allowance. This is a great job for the right QS.
