Our client, a well-established subcontractor based near Uxbridge, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated QS to join a reputable business with a strong pipeline of work and a supportive, professional environment. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with typically 2–3 days in the office and 2–3 days on site / remote, depending on business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing costs across subcontract packages and projects
- Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
- Monitoring project budgets and commercial performance
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial success
