Contracts Manager needed to work for a small works building main contractor. You will be responsible for the delivery of a number of jobs at any one time. Planning, procuring and overseeing H&S. Solving all problems, then working with QSs to price and agree variations. Work is new build and refurbishment. Ideally client is looking for a steady, long term permanent person for this job.
