We are recruiting for an Estimator to join a well-established residential refurbishment contractor based in Bristol. The company works across residential refurbishment projects, including apartment blocks and multi-unit residential schemes, and is looking for an Estimator who can support the pricing of new and existing project work. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in construction, refurbishment, maintenance, fit-out, residential blocks, planned works, or general building projects who is looking to join a stable business with a strong pipeline of work.
The role will be office-based and will involve preparing accurate estimates, quotations and cost information for residential refurbishment projects, working closely with the management and project delivery teams to ensure works are priced correctly and commercially.
The role will include:
- Preparing estimates and quotations for residential refurbishment projects
- Pricing works across apartment blocks and multi-unit residential schemes
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, schedules and client requirements
