Our client is a large specialist sub-contractor based in Ilford. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has experience within a subcontractor environment and with knowledge of Dry Lining, Steel Framing Systems (SFS), Partitioning, Suspended Ceilings, Plastering, Screeding, Rendering and Fire Stopping.
This role involves the following responsibilities and duties:
- Tracking costs and labour through the project.
- Preparing costs for variations.
- Producing monthly valuations.
- Carrying out full construction take off, preparing construction cost plan, tracking costs & labour costs efficiency through the project.
- Preparing subcontract packages for procurement, agreeing contracts and managing through to final account.
