About the Role
Workforce International UK is looking for a motivated Junior Recruitment Resourcer to support our temporary staffing delivery across logistics, engineering, construction, and manufacturing. This is a pure resourcing role — ideal for someone with early recruitment experience who wants to build strong delivery skills in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Attraction
- Search and shortlist candidates using job boards, CV databases, and social media
- Support talent pooling across all four sectors
- Write and post job adverts with support from the team
- Complete telephone screening calls and candidate registrations
- Confirm experience, availability, location, and basic compliance documents
- Support the team with candidate matching for temporary assignments
- Collect and upload Right to Work, references, licences, and certifications
- Maintain accurate candidate records on the CRM/ATS
- Ensure files are up to date and audit-ready
- Assist with booking temps onto shifts and confirming start details
- Handle candidate availability, cancellations, and cover requests
- Support day-to-day fulfilment across multiple clients
- Maintain regular contact with temps
- Help ensure workers are engaged, reliable, and ready for assignment
