Role Description

We are seeking a full-time temporary & contract staffing Recruiter in Edinburgh.

The Recruiter will be tasked with new business development, maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the overall recruitment process. Additionally, the Recruiter will be responsible for administrative tasks such as maintaining recruitment databases and preparing reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales track record in the temporary & contract employment space
  • Experience in engineering, manufacturing, logistics and/or healthcare preferred
  • Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
