I’m working closely with one of my long-standing clients in practice who are looking to appoint a Client Team Manager in their Coventry office. This firm this year are celebrating their 50th Year growing steadily over time, always focused on delivering forward-thinking tax solutions and advisory services to growing businesses. About the Role: As Client Team Manager, you’ll lead a talented team of accountants and client advisers. Your main focus will be ensuring that your team delivers work accurately, on time, and profitably, while mentoring colleagues to achieve their full potential. You’ll be hands-on, balancing leadership with operational responsibility, and helping the team run smoothly and efficiently.
Who We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years’ practice experience and 2 years’ people management experience; reviewer-level or above preferred. Strong grounding in corporation tax, personal tax, accounts production, and business software systems. ACA/ACCA preferred but not essential. Experience as an informal leader or team coordinator. Solution-focused, operationally minded, confident in having tough conversations, and able to command respect even without being the technical expert in every area.
