We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated 360 Recruitment Partner to lead and manage full-cycle recruitment and client acquisition processes. In this fully autonomous role, you will be responsible for both business development and end-to-end recruitment delivery, driving Workforce Global’s growth while building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
What You Will Do
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients to introduce Workforce Global’s recruitment solutions.
- Understand client needs, design tailored recruitment strategies, and prepare customized proposals.
- Lead contract negotiations, manage the full sales cycle, and secure client agreements.
- Take ownership of active job openings by sourcing, identifying, interviewing, and assessing qualified candidates.
- Match the right talent to the right roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Workforce Global’s leadership team to align recruitment efforts with client business goals.
- Utilize Workforce Global’s digital tools to manage both client and candidate pipelines, maintain up-to-date records, and generate regular reports.
- Represent Workforce Global with professionalism and integrity in all business interactions.

Requirements
- Has proven experience in both recruitment (talent acquisition, headhunting) and business development or client-facing sales roles.
- Is confident in managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement.
- Demonstrates strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment capabilities across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Has excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented mindset.
- Is self-driven, entrepreneurial, and thrives in an autonomous, remote work environment.
- Is highly organized with strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
- Confidently manages multiple client accounts and open positions simultaneously.
- Is fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage depending on market focus.
