The Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide day-to-day support to individuals in their homes and communities. Each day will be unique — whether it’s sharing a conversation, helping with errands, or supporting social engagement. You’ll also offer respite support for family carers, ensuring their loved ones receive compassionate care in their absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Support with errands, shopping, and attending appointments
- Assist with light meal preparation and medication reminders (no administration)
- Help with light housekeeping tasks
- Encourage hobbies, interests, and social participation
- Maintain accurate records and report any safeguarding concerns
Requirements

- UK driving licence is advantageous
