We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our client’s busy and professional team based in Enfield. This is a varied and client-facing role, ideal for someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with clients, and able to manage multiple tasks at once. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the office, assist internal teams, and ensure clients receive a professional and efficient service.

Previous experience within the construction industry would be an advantage, but this is not essential. Experience using Mac systems would also be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out general office administration duties
  • Answering calls and responding to emails in a professional manner
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Managing and updating records, documents, and office systems
