Our international client based in Bootle, L20, is looking for a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to join their team on an immediate basis. This role will initially run for 2 weeks, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and would suit someone with excellent communication skills, a professional manner and previous reception or front-of-house experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately
  • Managing reception emails and general enquiries
  • Signing visitors in and out
  • Handling post and deliveries
  • Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Supporting the wider office team with general administrative duties as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous reception, front-of-house or office administration experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional and friendly telephone manner
