We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Cleaner to work at a government facility based in Stroud, GL6. This is a part-time evening position, working 20 hours per week on a temporary six-week contract. Due to the nature of the site, candidates must hold a valid DBS certificate.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning offices, communal areas and facilities
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning washrooms and replenishing supplies
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Wiping down surfaces and high-touch areas
- Following site cleaning schedules and procedures
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns
Candidate Requirements
- Valid DBS certificate
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 4:00pm–8:00pm
