About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and personable Lettings Negotiator to join a dynamic and fast-paced estate agency in the heart of Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships with landlords and tenants alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Generating new business opportunities and bringing properties to market
- Keeping up to date with local market trends and regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in lettings, sales, or a customer-facing role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven attitude
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Knowledge of the Brighton property market is a plus
