We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Birkenhead. With production volumes continuing to increase year on year, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and collaborative team where reliability and quality are highly valued.
Contract Details
- 25 hours per week
- 8 hours on Fridays and at month-end (excluding holidays)
- Remaining 17 hours to be agreed
- 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover)
- 33 days holiday (including statutory bank holidays, pro rata)
- Free on-site parking
- Opportunity to work additional hours covering sickness and holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Scanning and uploading documents into SAP system
- Checking and processing invoices within SAP
- Sending processed documentation to head office in Hamburg
- Ordering office stationery and supplies
- Supporting accruals and finance administration
- Creating Purchase Order Requests (PORs)
- Providing general administrative and clerical support
About You
- Numerate and literate with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ideally experienced with SAP and invoice processing
- A strong team player with a proactive approach
- Able to use initiative and suggest solutions to improve processes
