Workflowz is an international solution provider of pre-media technology for the creative industry. Based in Farnborough, Hampshire our small but dedicated team offer software solutions to global clients. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for reporting to the management team, supporting the development and delivery of PR, marketing, events, digital and social media activity. Overall we need someone who is a confident communicator with enthusiasm and a can do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the marketing mix such as coordinating events and trade shows, advertising, social media, email marketing campaigns, website, print etc.
- Draft press releases, coordinating case studies, managing website content, creating magazine articles and other ad hoc marketing material.
- Support client relationships and marketing activity using Salesforce CRM and Campaign Monitor for lead generation.
- Build relationships with clients, suppliers and the media.
- Support colleagues with diary coordination, quotes, sales order processing when required.
Purpose of the Role
To identify and develop prospects and to promote the company across the UK, Australia and South Africa.
Person Specifications
- Proven experience in a previous marketing role (minimum 1 year)
- Highly flexible and adaptable with a pro‑active can do attitude.
- Willing to support team to meet organisational needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with well developed writing skills and high attention to detail.
- Organised, hardworking and keen to use established marketing skills.
- A sound understanding of Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Hours of Work
Full time (part time considered). Core hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, however flexible part time hours would be considered for the right candidate and school hours would also be an option, provided 5 days are covered. As an employee of a dynamic and hard working team you will occasionally be expected to work longer and flexible hours in order to meet the department and the businesses objectives. Predominantly based at our Farnborough office you will be prepared for some occasional travel.
