About the role
We are looking for an experienced Air Source Heat Pump Installer for a long-term programme of work. Initial projects will be based in Walsall, with future work planned in Swindon.
This is a contract opportunity for a reliable installer with practical experience delivering air source heat pump installations safely and to a high standard.

What youll do
- Install air source heat pump systems in accordance with project specifications.
- Complete the mechanical and plumbing elements of each installation.
- Install associated pipework, cylinders and heating-system components where required.
- Work effectively with other trades and site teams.
- Carry out installation checks and identify any defects or site issues.
- Maintain a safe, clean and professional working environment.
- Complete work accurately and within agreed project timescales.
- Travel to future projects in Swindon when required.

- Proven experience installing air source heat pump systems.
- Strong plumbing and heating installation skills.
- A good understanding of domestic heating systems.
- The ability to work from installation plans and manufacturer instructions.
- A reliable, professional approach to contract work.
- Willingness to work in Walsall and travel to future projects in Swindon.
Preferred qualifications
- Relevant plumbing and heating qualifications.
- Manufacturer-specific heat pump training.
- Unvented hot water qualification.
- Water Regulations qualification.
