Maintenance/Social Housing
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000pa + Company Van + OTE
Location: London
Workflow Recruitment are working alongside a leading social housing contractor who are looking to take on a Permanent Multi Trader to work on day-to-day repairs and maintenance on domestic properties.
Working within the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.
Multi Trader duties will include:
- Various repairs in tenanted domestic properties.
Role Criteria:
- Experience in at least 1 of the following trades: Plastering, Carpentry, Floor Laying.
- Able to understand & follow standard operating procedures.
- Able to deal with fast-paced environments and adaptable to changing working conditions.
- Must be flexible and able to take on other responsibilities.
- Team player with the ability to work alone.
- Experience of using a PDA is not essential as training will be given – but desirable.
Multi Trader Hours:
Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm) (Full-time)
Able to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
