Commercial Wet Worker Permanent Role £38,000pa – £40,000pa Company Van OTE Are you an experienced Commercial Wet Worker or Plumbing Engineer looking for a stable role with excellent benefits? We are seeking a skilled and reliable engineer to join our growing maintenance team, carrying out plumbing and heating works in Commercial Dwellings across North and East London What’s on Offer for Wet Worker * £38,000 – £40,000 per annum * Company van and fuel card * Annual leave plus bank holidays * Pension scheme * Employee assistance programme and staff discounts * Full uniform, PPE, and equipment provided * Ongoing training and genuine career progression opportunities Wet Worker Role * Carry out wet works including cylinders, radiator replacements, valve and pump changes, and system upgrades * Complete accurate reports using handheld devices * Work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard in line with regulations and company policy Wet Worker We’re Looking For * Qualified plumber (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent) * Full UK driving licence (essential) * G3 Unvented qualification (preferred) * Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
