Salary: £46,000pa - £50,000pa + OTE depending on experience – Plus company van & fuel card
Are you a Lead Commercial Gas Engineer who is open to new opportunities, works to high standards and is customer focused? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Commercial Gas Engineer to join our repairs and maintenance division. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our expanding team to work within a busy environment. You will be responsible for looking after a team of Commercial Engineers who will be carrying out a range of gas work to our clients housing stock to ensure that gas appliances and installations which are worked on are safe for continued use. You are supplied with a company van and fuel card.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Commercial Engineers delivering gas work to housing stock, ensuring all gas appliances and installations are safe for continued use.
Qualifications
- Qualified to City and Guilds/ Commercial Gas Engineer standard and hold appropriate ACS certification
- Commercial Gas Tickets
- Good understanding of current legislation, building control requirements and governing body requirements
- Ideally previous non domestic, social housing experience
- Extensive “on the job” experience
- Full driving licence
