We are currently recruiting for a driven and ambitious Commercial Motor Sales Executive to join a growing specialist insurance business based in Dartford, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a target-driven individual to join a fast-paced sales environment with uncapped earning potential and genuine career progression opportunities.

The successful candidate will handle inbound enquiries, provide tailored insurance quotations, convert leads into sales, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound sales enquiries from prospective commercial motor customers
  • Providing competitive insurance quotations tailored to customer needs
  • Explaining policy features, benefits, and cover options clearly and confidently
  • Identifying opportunities to convert enquiries into sales
  • Handling objections professionally to maximise conversion rates
  • Accurately gathering client risk information and presenting it to insurer partners
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurer underwriting teams
  • Producing compliant client documentation and policy paperwork
  • Managing new business administration and account handling
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Previous sales experience, ideally telephone-based
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-focused environment
