We are seeking a qualified and experienced Domestic Electrician to work on Social Housing retrofit projects across South London. The role will involve electrical installations and testing associated with ventilation systems, CCU upgrades within occupied domestic properties. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrician with strong domestic experience who is familiar with retrofit and Housing association work.
Responsibilities
- Electrical installation and wiring for Ventilation systems (MVHR / MEV / DMEV)
- Ad hoc electrical remedial electrical work
- Fuse Board upgrades
- EICR
- Carrying out full inspection, testing, and certification
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults
- Completing accurate job reports and compliance paperwork
- Working professionally in occupied domestic properties
- Carry out Part F ventilation installs along with certification
Essential Requirements
- Fully qualified Domestic Electrician
- ECS Gold Card (essential)
- Full electrical qualifications including Inspection & Testing 2391
- Proven experience in domestic electrical installations
- Strong understanding of current electrical regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and to high standards
