We are seeking an experienced and highly mobile Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team on an immediate contract for a critical scattered Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Programme. This role is centred on managing resident engagement and preparing properties for works across West London.
The Package Details
- £36,000 - £38,000pa
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
- Start: Immediate
Your Core Mission: Surveys, Profiles & Coordination
You will be the vital link between residents, the design team, and the site team. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the pre-start phase is completed meticulously to guarantee a smooth, safe, and efficient delivery once construction begins.
- Pre-Condition Surveys: Conduct all mandatory, accurate pre-condition surveys in tenants' homes, documenting property conditions before any works commence.
- Resident Profiling: Compile detailed resident profiles to note vulnerabilities, special requirements, and access arrangements, ensuring minimum disruption and excellent customer service.
- Technical Coordination: Work jointly with kitchen designers and the asbestos surveyor to facilitate access, ensure information flow, and prepare necessary sign-offs.
- General RLO Duties: Carry out ongoing RLO duties throughout the project, including managing resident expectations, handling complaints, issuing official project notices, and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
Essential Requirements (MANDATORY)
- Direct Experience: Proven RLO experience specifically managing kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes or similar high-volume domestic refurbishments.
- Mobility: Must hold a full driving licence.
- Communication & IT: Exceptional communication skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and compiling profiles.
