We are hiring for a Commercial Gas Contract Manager to lead and manage gas maintenance and servicing contracts within the social housing sector. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, support, and develop engineering teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with Gas Safe regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor budgets, profitability, and resource planning to ensure commercial success.
- Act as the key point of contact for all contract-related queries and escalations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing gas contracts within the social housing sector.
- Commercial Gas Tickets.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial and domestic gas systems.
- Excellent people management and client-facing skills.
- Sound understanding of health & safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements (Gas Safe, HSE, etc.).
- Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Full UK driving licence (regional travel required).
