We are currently recruiting for a driven and ambitious Commercial Motor Insurance Sales Executive to join a growing specialist insurance business based in Dartford, Kent. The successful Commercial Motor Sales Executive will handle inbound enquiries, provide tailored insurance quotations, convert leads into sales, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey.
This role is ideal for a motivated Commercial Motor Sales Executive with strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow within a successful and supportive business.
Key Responsibilities- Handling inbound sales enquiries from prospective commercial motor customers
- Providing competitive insurance quotations tailored to customer needs
- Explaining policy features, benefits, and cover options clearly and confidently
- Identifying opportunities to convert enquiries into sales
- Handling objections professionally to maximise conversion rates
- Accurately gathering client risk information and presenting it to insurer partners
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurer underwriting teams
- Producing compliant client documentation and policy paperwork
- Managing new business administration and account handling
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Previous sales experience, ideally telephone-based
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-focused environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
