About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead and oversee a large-scale domestic rewire programme across the Bristol area. This is a long-term, high-volume social housing contract, offering strong stability and the chance to take ownership of day-to-day site operations across multiple active teams.
- Supervise and support 56 domestic rewire teams across multiple live sites
- Carry out regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
- Ensure adherence to current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements
- Report on progress, issues, and performance to senior management
About You
We are looking for a confident and experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong background in domestic rewires or social housing environments.
- Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor role
- Strong background in domestic rewires and/or social housing contracts
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 2391 Testing & Inspection (advantageous but not essential)
Long-term, stable pipeline of work
Flexible engagement: permanent or contract considered
Competitive pay structure, based on experience
