Support Work in Schools Tutor. Full Time opportunities available. £31,650 - £34,443 per annum pro rata, plus London Weighting. Are you an experienced tutor, looking for a new challenge? Qualifications and experience
- Teaching qualification (PCGE, CertEd, DET or equivalent), level 5 specialism (if you have IQA and Assessor qualifications that would be advantageous)
- Experience of design and implementation of innovative learning, schemes of work and lesson plans.
- Experience in a range of initial assessment and diagnostic tools.
- A thorough understanding of RARPA as well as the EIF and the quality processes that underpin your delivery.
- Experience of working with adults in hard-to-reach areas who may face multiple barriers to education.
- Strong working knowledge of OFSTEDs Education Inspection Framework.
- A strong team work ethic. We like to collaborate and support each other.
