As our Learner Attraction Partnership Manager, you\’ll play a key part in growing our reach and connecting more learners to life-changing opportunities. You\’ll build and nurture strong referral partnerships across South Yorkshire, while proactively identifying new organisations and communities we can support.
Reporting to the Head of Contracts and Relationships, you\’ll be the go-to contact for local partners—helping them understand our offer, spotting new ways we can collaborate, and organising enrolment events that make joining our programmes as smooth and engaging as possible.
We\’re particularly interested in individuals with experience of fully funded contracts such as ESF and Connect to Work.
