As a Sessional Tutor, you will provide engaging teaching, learning and assessment with a creative and supportive approach to teaching. You will adapt to a range of learning styles and differentiate delivery to learners with mixed abilities to develop their knowledge and understanding, ensuring the highest possible quality teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging teaching and assessment.
- Adapt to various learning styles and differentiate delivery.
- Design and implement innovative learning schemes of work and lesson plans.
- Utilise initial assessment and diagnostic tools.
- Understand RARPA, EIF, and quality processes.
- Work with adults in hard-to-reach areas facing multiple barriers to education.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Teaching qualification (PCGE, CertEd, DET or equivalent).
- Level 5 specialism (IQA and Assessor qualifications advantageous).
- Strong working knowledge of OFSTED's Education Inspection Framework.
- A strong teamwork ethic and a passion for adult education.

This role is part of our sessional pool, which is key to delivering our course offer. The number of working hours per day and/or term will depend on the requirements of the business. This is not a full-time, permanent role. £30.98 per hour. Based in Ealing (teaching takes place Monday, Tuesday and Friday), with travel to various venues in the Ealing area.
