Workerbee (Part of the Banijay group) are looking for a digitally-native Senior Producer to run a new football-led podcast fronted by a current high profile footballer, built around big football personalities, chaotic stories, and viral moments. This role is focused entirely on digital and social output. You’ll own the day-to-day publishing and clipping workflow across YouTube and social platforms, helping shape the podcast’s online voice and audience growth. We need someone who understands football internet culture, social-first storytelling and how to turn long‑form conversations into viral short‑form moments. Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop essential. You’ll work closely with the production team across recording days, release days and live/reactive moments during the next Premier League season.
Responsibilities
- Managing YouTube uploads, scheduling and publishing
- Writing/tweaking titles, descriptions and metadata
- Creating/selecting thumbnails with design support where needed
- Pulling and editing social clips from episodes and watchalongs
- Identifying viral moments and shaping content for TikTok, Instagram, X and YouTube Shorts
- Scheduling and publishing social content across platforms
- Community management and audience engagement
- Monitoring trends, football conversation and reactive moments
- Reporting on performance, reach and audience growth
- Helping shape the overall social tone and digital strategy of the show
- Proficient in the Adobe Suite – Premiere Pro & Photoshop are essential
