WORKERBEE are looking for an experienced LOCATION SERIES PRODUCER for a premium SVOD reality / obs doc series with talent. We are keen to hear from candidates with strong reality and obs doc credits, and experience working with talent and access‐led filming.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident managing the practical and editorial demands of a busy shoot on location. You should have strong storytelling instincts and be able to drive story on the ground, identify key beats and emerging arcs, and think editorially in fast‐moving situations. Good judgement, initiative, and the ability to get to the emotional heart of contributor stories are essential.

The role requires excellent people skills and proven experience managing crews, contributors and access on location. You should be confident keeping shoots running smoothly, supporting the Series Director editorially, and helping hold the production together on the ground. A good sense of humour and positive attitude are important.

Responsibilities include:

  • Compiling clear beat sheets for location teams
  • Producing detailed story notes for the edit
  • Working closely with the Series Director and Series Editor to ensure stories are being captured clearly both on location and in the edit
  • Liaising closely with the Forward Planning Producer overseeing talent schedules across the series
  • Helping coordinate filming days and maintain strong communication between editorial and production teams

Dates: Starting ASAP – early February 2027. Filming: Mainly in Surrey & London (including weekends), with the potential for periods of filming abroad.
