We have an exciting new opportunity for a Fleet Services Coordinator to join our team, based in our Head Office in Monmouth. This role is a Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave and will be for 12 months until March 2027.
Responsibilities- Set up new hire or sale contracts, on receipt of new orders from the sales team.
- Ensure equipment is correctly allocated on/off hire contracts and/or assigned to unit sales orders.
- Raise purchase orders for our approved hauliers, couriers & selected suppliers.
- Respond to the supplier or customer queries or problems promptly, either directly or ensuring the correct capture and prompt transfer of relevant information to other staff who can assist.
- Actively participate in stock checks as required and report any discrepancies to avoid invoicing and/or stock control differences.
- Work and liaise with Finance to resolve invoicing errors and perform the necessary investigations to avoid future errors.
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a Hire or Sales environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, adept at managing multiple priorities with clarity and follow through to completion.
- Proven attention to detail skills and an accurate record keeper.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the interpersonal maturity to liaise confidently across teams as well as externally.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, diplomacy, and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Proactive problem-solver who is resourceful and detail orientated.
