As the senior member of a two-person team, you\\\βll not only lead but also work side-by-side with our Installation Operative to ensure every project is delivered safely and to the highest quality.On site you will ensure RAMS are briefed and adhered to by your team and check that the quality of equipment is fit for purpose before an installation begins. Health & Safety is the first priority and must be adhered to at all times. You will work on construction sites with potential risks in and around your work area and have the confidence to stop any unsafe acts.Flexibility is required as you will be involved in a call-out rota and may work overtime beyond a 40 hour week to support the team.Main Responsibilities Promote and exercise the company\βs mission statement and core values to deliver the required uniformed approach for our business strategy across the UK network.Supervise all aspects of the solution/sales project from conception to completion in conjunction with the solutions/sales team.Liaise with the Installation Manager, delivering up-to-date information on installation progress and potential problems.Carry out on-site RAMS processes, identify on-site risks, implement stringent controls, and communicate installation methodology to site staff and customers at every stage.Install pipework on site and supervise the day-to-day workload of Installation Operatives and subcontractors.Assist drivers with loading/unloading; maintain fitness to perform day-to-day tasks and uphold on-site safety.This role is subject to a safety critical medical.Essential Qualifications & Experience Confident working at height, in confined spaces, and around sewage/wastewaterAptitude to work on client sites, including construction, wastewater, and clean waterHands-on approach to ensure jobs are completed on time to the best qualityFlexible with working hours; available for an on-call 1 in 4 rota and occasional work away from homeNVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Site SupervisionSSSTS β Site Supervisor Safety Training SchemeFull UK driving license (with no more than 6 points)Preferred IOSH Managing SafetyForklift licenceCSCS card holderNational Water Hygiene CardWhat we can offer you Competitive salaryUse of a Company Van for work purposesEnhanced overtime pay for additional hours and call-outsMedicash Scheme β medical expenses scheme (24-hour online GP services, discounted gym memberships)Pension scheme with contributions based on total earnings25 days holiday + 8 Bank HolidaysIncreased annual leave entitlement with long service3x annual salary life insurance (DIS)Support for development and trainingEmployee assistance programme (EAP) & access to Mental Health first aidersEmployee discount schemeEmployee referral schemeEEO and Additional Information Workdry International Ltd is committed to encouraging equality, diversity, and inclusion among our workforce, and eliminating unlawful discrimination.
