About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Advisory and Analytics Expert to join the Marketing Advisory team. You will partner with the EMEA Marketing team to help them make data‑driven decisions, uncover key trends, and advise stakeholders on actionable recommendations to solve challenges. Your insights will guide the team in maximizing conversion, pipeline impact, and overall business performance.
Responsibilities
- Data synthesis and business recommendations: turn complex analyses into actionable business insights.
- Advisory analytics portfolio: guide and advise on building, enhancing, and consolidating our global analytics portfolio for EMEA.
- Investigations: conduct ad‑hoc data analysis to answer critical questions and support strategic initiatives.
- Strategic marketing guidance: provide expert insight to optimize marketing strategies and address performance challenges.
- Proactive insights: perform discovery analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Advisory roadmap: collaborate with global advisors to build a roadmap that advances EMEA interests across Analytics, Optimization, and BI.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, and finance.
- Proven expertise in marketing principles, practices, and strategies.
- Deep understanding of B2B enterprise SaaS marketing and sales.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake, AWS, or similar systems.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Sigma and SQL.
Other Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce reporting and data extraction.
Compensation
Base salary range: €71,100 – €106,700 (Ireland). Eligible for bonus plan, role‑specific commission, and annual stock grants.
Flexible Work
