Your work days are brighter here. We’re obsessed with making hard work pay off, for our people, our customers, and the world around us. As a Fortune 500 company and a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, we’re shaping the future of work so teams can reach their potential and focus on what matters most. Our culture is rooted in integrity, empathy, and shared enthusiasm. We look for curious minds and courageous collaborators who bring sun‑drenched optimism and drive.
As a member of our UKI Solution Consulting team, you will have the opportunity to communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday’s applications to prospects and customers alike. It is this team’s job to bring the value of Workday solutions to life and showcase how the world of work can be transformed. Along with working closely with our sales counterparts, this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business.
As an Enterprise Architect within our Solution Consulting team, you are the architectural backbone of the client evaluation process and sales cycles. You don’t just explain software; you design the future state for global enterprises and can articulate and differentiate the Workday architecture to both technical and business buyer personas.
Expertise of our Enterprise Architects

- Future‑Proofing: Actively contribute to discussions on the "next wave" of innovation, including AI/ML, enterprise integration strategies, and evolving global security standards.
- Data and AI Architecture: Ensuring data integrity and scalability across the enterprise.
- Integrations: Designing seamless ecosystems within complex IT landscapes.
- Security: Navigating the intricacies of global compliance and data protection.
The Freedom to Specialise
While a broad technical foundation is required, we believe the best Enterprise Architects are those who pursue their passions. We provide the autonomy for you to lean into your strengths and evolve your role. This could be through deep technical specialisation, such as becoming a subject matter expert in AI, integrations or global security, or through Thought Leadership where you represent Workday on the regional/global stage through public speaking, industry conferences, and white papers.

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in‑person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in‑office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you’ll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together.
Accessibility & Inclusion
At Workday, we are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive hiring experience where all candidates can fully demonstrate their skills. If you require assistance or an accommodation at any point, please email accommodations@workday.com.
Interview & Application Security
At Workday, we value our candidates’ privacy and data security. Workday will never ask candidates to apply to jobs through websites that are not Workday Careers. Please be aware of sites that may ask for you to input your data in connection with a job posting that appears to be from Workday but is not. In addition, Workday will never ask candidates to pay a recruiting fee, or pay for consulting or coaching services, in order to apply for a job at Workday.
