You design solutions, configure setups, and mentor junior colleagues across UKI deployments. You ensure successful delivery through rigorous discovery, testing, and go-live activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role offers flexible work, growth, and a long-term commitment to excellence in financial transformation. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li flexible work schedules (flex model) /li li career and personal growth opportunities /li li wellbeing focus /li li equal opportunities for everyone /li li remote work readiness and collaboration /li li accommodations policy /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead core functional finance workstreams on end-to-end Workday Financial Management implementations /li li Act as trusted advisor to finance stakeholders and guide solution design workshops /li li Configure robust system setups and map legacy structures to Workday FDM /li li Direct testing streams (Unit, E2E, UAT) and manage go-live activities /li li Mentor junior team members and review configuration quality /li li Collaborate with Data, Integration, and Technical Consultants to architect touchpoints /li li Deliver 1–2 full-cycle implementations in the UKI market within the first year /li li Contribute to internal practice assets and continuous deployment innovations /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 10+ years of functional consulting experience in enterprise financial management /li li 6+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience (Core Financials, FDM, GL, AP/AR, Assets, Banking, or Revenue) /li li Strong knowledge of UKI corporate accounting, multi-currency operations, and statutory reporting /li li Fluent in English /li li Proven ability to mentor juniors and engage with finance leaders and SMEs /li li Experience in sales enablement, RFP/RFI response, and articulating business value to executives /li li Ability to learn technology quickly and work autonomously in remote settings /li li Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed /li li Experience in UKI public sector is preferred /li /ul ul li trust-building with finance leaders /li li strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering /li li clear communication to non-technical stakeholders /li li Workday Financials (Core Financials, FDM, GL, AP/AR, Assets, Banking, Revenue) /li li Workday implementation methodology /li li FDM (Foundation Data Model) mapping /li /ul
