Workday is looking for an experienced Activation (enablement) Manager to join the Global Revenue Programs & Activation organization, based in Europe and supporting the EMEA region. This individual will be aligned to a member of the revenue leadership team and partner closely with the Global Enablement organization to deliver priority geo‑specific training that drives readiness and productivity at scale. This individual will focus on Presales activation in close partnership with the Geo leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted partner to geo revenue leaders on top training and activation priorities.
  • Align global enablement offerings to EMEA needs, applying minimal customization to preserve consistency and scale.
  • Deliver and activate off‑the‑shelf training programs within the geos, ensuring sellers are equipped to execute with confidence.
  • Partner with Global Enablement to maintain consistency, quality, and scalability across regions.
  • Provide structured geo feedback and field insights back to Global Enablement to inform future enablement strategy and roadmap.
  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships across Revenue, Revenue Operations, Product, and Enablement to drive aligned execution.

About You

We are looking for someone who is a trusted partner to senior revenue leaders, a skilled activator of training and programs, and a strong connector between the global enablement function and the realities of selling in EMEA.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in sales enablement, Presales, activation, program management, learning & development, or sales operations.
  • 5+ years of working in partnership with Sales organizations, ideally supporting EMEA regions.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering or activating enablement and training programs at scale.

Other Qualifications

  • Proven experience activating global enablement programs within a regional context, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
  • Experience enabling revenue organizations on AI.
  • Strong understanding of sales motions, seller needs, and the dynamics of selling across EMEA markets.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and partner with senior revenue leaders.
  • Consultative approach and excellent communication skills to engage with key partners at senior executive levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to nurture collaboration and facilitate discussions among cross‑functional teams to drive progress on training and activation initiatives.
  • Ability to gather, structure, and communicate field feedback and insights to inform global enablement strategy.
  • Experience using data to measure program effectiveness and inform decision‑making.
  • Operational excellence and the ability to drive process improvements across regions.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to bring a point of view forward in a nuanced way to influence outcomes.
  • Practical, hands‑on approach and a 'make it happen' demeanor.
  • Adaptable and able to shift gears comfortably as business needs evolve across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages relevant to EMEA are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed to support activation efforts.
  • An enthusiastic teammate with a positive mentality.
