As a Fortune 500 company and a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, we’re shaping the future of work so teams can reach their potential and focus on what matters most. Our culture is rooted in integrity, empathy, and shared enthusiasm. We look for curious minds and courageous collaborators who bring sun-drenched optimism and drive.
About the Team: It's fun to work in a company where people truly believe in what they're doing. At Workday, we're committed to bringing passion for data and a focus on actionable insights to the Marketing organization. We work hard, and we're serious about what we do. But we like to have a good time, too. In fact, we run our company with that principle in mind every day: One of our core values is fun.
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and highly skilled Advisory and Analytics Expert to join the Marketing Advisory team. In this role, you will partner with the EMEA Marketing team to empower them to make data-driven business decisions, diving deep into data to discover key business trends and surface meaningful insights, and advising stakeholders with actionable recommendations to solve key challenges. This role involves analyzing and synthesizing metrics, trends, and data to identify and communicate strategic opportunities. You will collaborate with various supporting functions, leveraging and discovering valuable insights into Marketing effectiveness, to guide the team in maximizing conversion, pipeline impact, and overall business performance. You will be responsible for understanding and representing the unique needs of the EMEA business, and leveraging your extensive expertise to drive strategic alignment and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Data Synthesis & Business Recommendations: Synthesize complex data analyses into actionable business recommendations, driving data-based decisions and improvements.
- Advisory Analytics Portfolio: Guide and advise on efforts to build, enhance, and consolidate our Global Portfolio of Analytics to provide insights for the Advisory team representing the specific interests of EMEA in the global business.
- Investigations: Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to quickly answer critical business questions, anticipate future trends, and support strategic initiatives.
- Strategic Marketing Guidance: Provide expert guidance to the EMEA team, offering insights and perspective on data trends to optimize Marketing strategies and address performance challenges.
- Proactive Insights: Perform discovery analyses to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives.
- Advisory Roadmap: Work with the various global advisors on common challenges and construct a roadmap to tackle cross functionally with our partners in Analytics, Optimization, and BI with a focus on advocating for the EMEA team.

Our Approach to Flexible Work: With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together.
