That shows up in flexible work schedules, in the support we give people to grow toward the career they want, and in a genuine commitment to work-life balance and equal opportunity for everyone on the team. We also believe in learning together: our culture is built around continuous improvement, and we encourage every team member to develop their skills and become the best version of their professional self.
About the Role
As Director, Engagement Management, you will lead a team of Engagement Managers who deploy Workday solutions and own the success of the customers in their portfolio. You will partner closely with other teams across the services organisation to shape a great customer experience, and work with sales teams to help grow business with both new and existing customers. You'll report into the EMEA Professional Services leadership team and be part of the regional Delivery Leadership Team. Your main areas of focus will be:
- Team development – growing your Engagement Managers' skills and careers, and building a high-performing, connected team
- Customer satisfaction – making sure the customers in your portfolio have a great experience and see real value from their Workday deployment
- Workday deployments across your team's book of business, spotting risk early, and helping resolve it in creative, practical ways
- Best practice – using what you learn in the field to recommend improvements to the Workday Deployment Methodology, and sharing that thinking with leadership
- AI strategy and adoption – Supporting customers in adopting AI within their Workday deployment, and ensuring your team can confidently guide them through AI-related decisions
