About the Role
Building on the success of our Strategic team and Account Directors, we’re looking to introduce an exciting new role of Account Manager. This role will report directly to the Senior Regional Director but work in very close collaboration with the Account Directors further driving our net new sales growth across the business.
Over the last 18 months, we have tested and proven the theory of driving focus with our subsidiary, M&A and distributed global clients. This role is to build on that experience, with a net new focus of building, leading and closing opportunities within our more diversified areas on accounts. This role doesn’t strictly own accounts and the collaboration with the Account Directors will be critical but this is a key priority for driving growth in FY27 and beyond. This fantastic team of hardworking professionals play a key role in driving incremental business value into our strategic key accounts. We want to make sure that our customers see us as trusted partners, not just great suppliers.
About You
- Basic Qualifications
- Able to build territory analysis, trends and prioritisation
- Able to generate new pipeline within typically colder, net new accounts
- Experience within primarily Net new client acquisition; Customer base experience is a bonus
- Collaboration and communication with internal teams is critical
- Ability to run short sales cycles but still having to navigate multiple stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR and divisional leaders
- Ability to manage and lead various threads all at once from pipe generation, maturation, closing across a number of clients and sectors in order to be successful
- Strong sales methodology with proven track record of successfully challenging clients

- Strong business acumen and financial understanding
- Able to leverage AI, having a positive impact on the white glove experience and unique insights we have on clients
- Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts
- Able to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders
- Experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies for short and long term territory management
- Experienced working with the ecosystem; GSI, RSI, platforms and ISVs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
