About the Role

Workday is seeking an experienced Analyst Relations Director to lead the EMEA Analyst Relations program, focusing on our HCM and emerging AI platform strategy. The role will shape market perception, drive high-impact engagements with analysts, and collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the EMEA Analyst Relations strategy aligned with global priorities and regional business objectives.
  • Act as the regional lead, building and maintaining trusted relationships with top-tier analysts and influencers.
  • Coordinate major analyst evaluations (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScapes, Fosway 9-Grid) and translate feedback into actionable insights.
  • Generate market intelligence and provide insights to inform product roadmaps, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with EMEA executives and product leaders, prepare spokespeople for analyst engagements, and advise on executive communications.
  • Lead analyst event strategy and execution for major EMEA events, ensuring strong pre-event preparation and post-event follow-through.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Strategy, or Communications within enterprise technology.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise software landscape, especially HCM, ERP, and AI-driven platforms.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with top-tier analyst firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Fosway).
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and senior stakeholder engagement.
