About the Team

The Workday Success Plans Team focuses on helping customers drive business value after a Go‑Live. We create programs that guide customers from feature demonstrations to full feature deployments across Workday.

About the Role

This role is a key customer‑facing position on the Success Plans Team. You will act as a trusted advisor, troubleshoot and guide customers through configuration, and provide feature demonstrations and consulting across Workday’s workload.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
  • Deliver small‑scope consulting in response to customer requests, providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, and tips & tricks.
  • Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve or optimize customer requirements.
  • Communicate insights and value to customers clearly and effectively.
  • Create and deliver presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals.
  • Provide one‑on‑one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption.
  • Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities.
  • Maintain product expertise and Workday certifications, staying current with Workday roadmap and industry practices.
  • Help drive new program creation that supports customer feature adoption.

Additional Advisory Services

  • Conduct appointment‑based consulting engagements in office hours.
  • Perform detailed configuration and business requirements reviews with deliverables highlighting optimization opportunities.
  • Design one‑on‑one customer configuration solutions.
  • Deploy full Workday feature deployments.
  • Travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of IT implementation experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle).
  • 2+ years of software consulting experience.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Additional Qualifications

  • Workday certification or intent to certify in at least one of Workday Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking.
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into clear presentations.
  • Capacity to manage multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Workday roadmap and industry practices.

What We Offer

We provide flexible work arrangements that combine in‑person and remote time. Employees spend at least half of their time each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners. The role may require up to 20% travel. Our compensation includes a base salary, a bonus plan, stock grants, and other benefits. Base salary for this role is €70,600‑€106,000 in the Netherlands.
